Where to find the rules

This site does not host any operator's rules. Each operator publishes its own, and you should read them before you register: the rules of each product, the minimum and maximum bet, how winnings are worked out and paid, how long withdrawals take, and the conditions attached to any starter offer. If something is unclear, ask the operator's support team before you add funds.

Access to your personal information

An operator holds the details you give it, and its privacy policy says how to ask for a copy and a correction. For what this site holds about you, see the privacy policy. Under thePrivacy Act 1988 (Cth)you may ask for access to, and correction of, personal information an organisation holds about you.

Who may not take part

Who supervises licences

Australia has no single national licence for online wagering. Licences are issued by state and territory regulators, and federal law sets what may be offered and advertised to people in Australia.

How licences are checked

The Commission publishes a register of the operators it has licensed. We list only operators that appear on it when we review them, and the footer of every page names the licensee. The register is a live document, so check it for the current status of any operator:

Making a complaint

Complain to the operator first and keep a copy of what you send. If the reply does not resolve it, you can take it to the regulator:
