What we collect
- Technical data sent by your browser: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and the page you came from.
- Approximate location, taken from your IP address, used to decide whether a link to a licensed platform can be opened from where you are.
- Click and visit records created by our measurement system when you follow a link, including campaign parameters in the address you arrived by.
- Your choice on the age notice, stored in your browser so that it is not asked again.
- Anything you send us by email.
We do not ask for your name, date of birth, identity documents or payment details. Those are collected by the operator when you open an account with it, under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To show the site and keep it secure.
- To count visits and clicks and see which pages are useful.
- To attribute a sign-up to this site, for the commission described in the affiliate disclosure.
- To reply to messages sent to us.
Who receives it
Hosting and delivery providers, an analytics provider and our click measurement service process data for us. When an operator's site opens, its own policy governs what it collects. Some of these providers store data outside Australia; we use providers that offer protections comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles, as Principle 8 requires.
Keeping it safe and for how long
Data is held on access-controlled systems and kept only as long as the purposes above require, then deleted or de-identified.
Access and correction
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to correct it. Write tosupport@bestoffer-au.com. We will reply within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.
Complaints
Raise a complaint with us first, by email. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Cookies and email
Cookies are described in the cookie policy. We send no marketing email. Any commercial email would follow the Spam Act 2003.

We may update this policy. The version on this page is the current one.
